Return Policy

We ship our guitars in good condition and carefully set up ready for playing. The following are our policies in the event of a guitar arriving with structural damage or the subsequent failure of hardware items or electrical fittings.

  • Major structural damage: It is our policy to replace a guitar that arrives damaged/unplayable or refund the total cost as per the wishes of the purchaser. Contact with details of the damage (including photos) must take place within 7 days of the date of delivery. We pay the shipping.

  • Minor issues: Subsequently, in the event of a hardware or electrical item failing (during reasonable use), it’s our policy to supply and fit or repair the item without cost to the purchaser.

  • Shipping: We use Australia Post exclusively for transporting our guitars where pick-up or drop-off options are not feasible.
